A state-of-the-art and impossibly luxurious concept for the ultimate super-yacht was presented by Andy Waugh from south west London. When built the conceptual Epiphany vessel’s asking price will be the staggering £500 million. Given the attention to detail that has gone into the design and the superb dimensions of the yacht, however, it seems that this sum is justified.
The 425 foot long super yacht boasts an extravagant design and is estimated to require about 5 years for construction, which means buyers will need to sign up if they want to make the list of owners close to 2020. The most staggering element of Epiphany is its fluidity, which enables each client to participate in the way the whole form of the yacht comes together, making it the most customizable vessel to date.
The incredible luxury yacht comprises five decks, one with an outdoor swimming pool, as well as private space for the yacht’s owner, which will include a master suite with a bedroom, walk-in bathroom with a stand-alone bath tub and shower area, living room and ample decking space. The private deck reserved for the owner will also feature a forward stateroom with elevated ceilings, skylights and open views towards a private foredeck with seating areas and a Jacuzzi for an enjoyable time while cruising style in places such as the Caribbean or Mediterranean.
Epiphany is a place, where millionaires would be able to mix pleasure with business as the deck would have a private cinema and an office with space for personal assistants or other staff members.
The exterior will be accentuated by low bulwarks, or walls, situated along the entire deck together with full-height glass to give a sense of openness and space. The lounging area converts to a helipad for convenience and there is also a beach club and tender stowage on the lower deck along with a cinema, diving room, accommodation for around 40 crew members and a dedicated officer’s mess.

A historic property built in 1718 by Sir John Vanbrugh – the architect behind Blenheim Palace, can be bought for £2.75 million. The castle is located by Maze Hill over-ground station, which is just minutes away from London Bridge.
Unfortunately, buyers will not get full rein of the castle as the price includes a single wing of the building. However, it features everything for a luxurious lifestyle, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 27ft roof terrace with views of the Shard. Although there is no moat, the castle is situated on 2.5 acres of manicured communal ground.
Two separate spaces are available for parking – one for a motor vehicle and on for a horse and carriage. Vanbrugh Castle is set over four storeys as it restored and transformed into four separate apartments by the Blackheath Preservation Trust in 1977. The abode is on the doorstep of Greenwich Park, which boasts many local attractions including a child-friendly boating lake, tennis courts, the National Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory.
The wing is ideal for a family that wants the comforts of living in the city with the added peace and seclusion of a property from a closed type as well as the appeal of living in a historic 18th century castle. It is furnished in keeping with its yesteryear appeal with heavy plush drapes, wooden king-size beds with carvings and original stone fireplaces. Some of the original flooring motifs have also been preserved. The roof boasts an ample terrace that overlooks the London skyline and part of the garden features a hedge maze.
As far as luxury stores go, it doesn’t get better than Cartier’s massive mansion on New York’s Fifth Avenue. And after an extensive two-and-a-half-year renovation, the retail world’s most glamorous boutique has opened bigger and better than ever.
Buyers can browse the new selling salons and marvel a fine selection of luxurious antiques that are illuminated by 30 new chandeliers and many replicas of the mansion’s originals. Some of the rooms are named after Cartier’s most famous clients: the Princess Grace Salon is named after icon Grace Kelly, and another named after beloved celebrity Elizabeth Taylor. There is a separate floor for Cartier’s timepieces for men, where the latest models including the Drive de Cartier (priced at £5,000.00) are exhibited. There are salons named after Gary Cooper, Andy Warhol and Santos Dumont, the Brazilian aviator who inspired Louis Cartier to create the world’s first wristwatch.
Exceptional accessories, fragrances and leather goods are on display and clients can bring their unique Cartier pieces for expert restoration. The state-of-the-art salon houses eponymous collections Love, Just un Clou and Trinity de Cartier retailing at $1400 per ring. Designed at the request of famous French artist, writer, and filmmaker Jean Cocteau who was known for stacking two Trinity rings on his left pinkie, the exotic and colourful pieces achieved an iconic status overnight.
After the renovation the walls are the same material as the Cartier boxes for a unique experience of luxury. The fifth floor has a terrace that overlooks Fifth Avenue and is ideal for entertaining guests. Buyers are welcomed by master craftsmen and assistants who are well-versed in the Cartier universe of splendour and luxury.
